4leaf Coaching and Consultancy was founded on the fundamental belief that you make your own luck. Working with founders and entrepreneurs who aim to combine both purpose with profit, 4leaf helps businesses make a positive contribution to the world and their local community.
The coaching process is entirely client led. The goals, timing and accountability are all the client's own. You know far more about your business than I do. The coach's role is to continually challenge your assumptions - through creative and constructive conversations we work together to help you define what you want to do, refine how to do it and put in place a structured plan of how to get there.
4leaf works with any business looking to make a positive contribution. That contribution could be societal, environmental, financial, political, local, global or some combination of all. Certain companies predicate their entire business model on a good or service that is inherently contributary. Other companies work in an unrelated field but through their governance and auditing systems, business guidelines and charitable or philanthropic work, aim to become responsible corporate citizens. It might be a bit of a pivot away from their usual activities but it's surprising how quickly well-thought through small changes amount to measurable impact.
