1.2. The “ESGmark” logo may be used only by used by organisations which have received express written permission to do so from the ESGmark Group, in their online and offline marketing materials, for as long as they continue to qualify.

1.3. The ESGmark Group reserves the right to terminate use of the “ESGmark logo” from any previously qualifying organisation at its sole discretion. If an organisation ceases to qualify for the ESGmark it must remove the logo from any and all current marketing materials, online or offline, as soon as is practicable.

1.4 The ESGmark Group reserves the right to decline an application for the ESGmark at its sole discretion

1.5. By downloading and/or using the “ESGmark logo”, organisations agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Use of Data & Privacy

2.1 ESGmark Group respects your privacy.

2.2 You agree to the terms of use of this website, that the ESGmark group will record, store and use information and materials that you have communicated on this website.

2.3 All information submitted to this website will be stored securely and will not be shared with any third parties. If you would like to remove, check or amend the information held by this website about you please send an email to info@esgmark.co.uk

2.4 ESGmark community members are entirely responsible for the accuracy of all information included on the site concerning that member. For the avoidance of doubt, ESGmark Group accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of any information provided by ESGmark community members.
