Authors of 26 Steps Toolkits - opening the windows on the impact and influence leaders at all levels of an organisation should be having on a business. All approved by the Institute of Leadership, this provides a way to "licence" the leadership operations of any sized business, giving a valuable insight deep into the workings of the company, highlighting the stars and the risks.
Community work is done through our Be Your Own Boss programme in conjunction with the Peter Jones Foundation, where we work with 18 - 24 year old care leavers, youth offenders and others who have not attended school, but are brilliant youngsters and just need a little fine tuning to find their place in the adult world.
