RTalwar Compliance
RTalwar Compliance was founded by Rakhi Talwar in 2019 to help dealers in the art and luxury sectors throughout the UK and Europe develop workable and robust compliance programmes to prevent against the devastating impacts of money laundering and other financial crimes. Over the past 4 years we have advised art businesses of all sizes, from global auction houses and international art galleries to individual art dealers and advisors. We are particularly proud of our work in embedding compliance and ethics programmes into organisations and strengthening the reputation of the art sector as a whole. RTalwar Compliance is a preferred service provider for the three main UK art trade associations, SLAD, BADA and LAPADA. It's founder, Rakhi Talwar, also serves on the advisory board for the Responsible Art Market initiative and is always on the lookout for opportunities to support ESG initiatives and other like-minded businesses that wish to do the right thing. RTalwar Compliance became a carbon neutral business in 2022.
